HELLO WEATHER, LET’S PLAY TOGETHER!

WEEK 6

Dear Imagine That! Parent:

I was so excited today to see the amount of imagination your children invested in creating rain shakers!  The designs were unique and I hope that you enjoyed being a part of this inventive activity.  This week at home, encourage your child to use his/her imaginative, creative and even whimsical ideas once again while making homemade rain hats!  We will do a rain dance with our hats next week.

Your child’s imagination is a precious thing.  Through continual use of imagination, your child may enhance the ability to problem-solve, to think in an open-ended manner and to develop creative skills.  By asking your child open-ended questions (questions with no right or wrong answer), you may also help boost your child’s ability to express him/herself effectively and to think through problematic issues.

One of the goals of Kindermusik activities (both in and out of class) is to help cultivate your child’s potential.  I am thrilled to be a part of this exciting stage of your child’s development.

P.S.  Be sure to bring your homemade rain hat to class next week.
